Payment Methods

The full fee for each appointment is due and payable at the time of service. Debit, Mastercard, Visa or American Express are all accepted. 

 

Extended Health 

Registered Clinical Counsellors can be claimed under most extended health plans. Payment is required at the time of service and a receipt will be given for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Please note that I cannot confirm whether you are covered for services, only your insurance carrier can do this. Please contact your insurance provider prior to accessing our services to confirm coverage.

Cancellation Policy 

I require two business days of notice to cancel an appointment. If cancellation occurs in less than two business days or the appointment is missed, client will be charged the full fee for their session. Exceptions can be made in emergencies.
